Characteristics and purpose of the course
The aim of the training is to understand what agile product development is based on the framework Scrum. During the training, you will learn about roles, events and artifacts Scruma and its other elements. In order to consolidate the information and better understand the agile approach, we have prepared exercises and simulations that will give you starting knowledge on how to organize work in Scrum, how meetings should be conducted, how to create and manage requirements, schedules and how to track work progress. You will also learn what User Stories are, what Planning Poker is for, what the burn-down chart is and how the Definition of “Done” is created. The training is based on the latest official manual Scruma (Scrum Guide) published in November 2017.
For those interested, it is possible to order vouchers that will allow you to take the Professional Scrum Master I exam.

PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
